Coordinate the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and other documentation, including their formal adoption, interpretation, amendments, and updates.
Ensure the governance, tools, and processes surrounding the documentation of security policies, rules, standards, and knowledge content database are maintained and up to date.
Implement a common language for security-related documentation to facilitate alignment and standardization.
Animate the security community through forums, events, and leveraging consolidated knowledge.
Coordinate and execute the release cycle for new content in the knowledge management digital solution, in both English and French.
Provide functional end-user support and liaise with service providers to address any issues or bugs.
Lead and contribute to improvement and evolution projects.
Onboard users and assessors as required.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and present reports on project status, issues, and outcomes to senior management.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to documentation processes.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluency in English and good command of French (at least writing).
Strong interest in deep diving into detailed documentation.
Ability to connect easily with subject matter experts to collect and share information.
