We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our solution-oriented and collaborative Global C&B team in the role of People Mobility Solutions Manager (m / f) 80-100%.

Your responsibilities

  • Ownership and continuous hands-on management of Franke Group processes, which supports mobility of our employees, such as :
  • international assignments and other international employment setups
  • flexible work policies
  • company cars
  • Preparation and organizing International Employment setups, including package calculations, supporting Local HR Teams through implementation and monitoring
  • Support on Compensation & Benefits related tasks and projects, subject to your prior experience and skills
  • Active participation in establishing Global Compensation & Benefits as well as Global Mobility standards together with C&B Team
  • You will also have an opportunity to participate in variety of interdisciplinary HR projects, with opportunity to take the lead and drive initiatives in topics of your interest

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role
  • Prior experience setting up international assignments, including package calculation and communication is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with international law / international employment solutions is an asset
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with project management abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
