Reports to : Cluster Banqueting Director / Managing Director
The Role
Be responsible for all Banquets / Events / conferences
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage Restaurant, minibar and Room Service, with a strong contact with customers
Manage staff and staff performances
Responsible for recruiting, training and developing all the new staff members (employees and seasonal)
Contain costs and maximising sales
The candidate
8+ years of experience as Banqueting Manager / Supervisor
Great communication and customer care skills
Leadership is mandatory for this role
Fluent knowledge of at least three - four languages
International experience is preferred
