About the Future in Progress : Graduates program

Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum—including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons— high challenge, high support from mentors and senior leaders.

During your rotations, you could work in areas such as :

• Smoke-Free : Join teams that develop our smoke-free products. Get involved in research and development, analyze markets and customer trends, and help shape product strategy and marketing before products reach our retailers and legal-age customers.
• Commercial : Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, and see how your work directly impacts our business results.
• Corporate Functions : Contribute to strategic support areas such as corporate affairs, finance, marketing, people & culture, and strategy. Build professional confidence as you contribute to projects that drive our transformation.
