Your Impact

• Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies for insurance clients.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align business goals with digital initiatives, process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks within insurance processes.
• Implement streamlined workflows, automation, and digitization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives by leveraging data analytics, customer journey mapping, and personalized experiences.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through innovative solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (such as AI, blockchain, and IoT) for their impact on insurance operations and collaborate with IT teams to implement digital solutions that enhance underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.
• Champion organizational change by fostering a culture of agility and adaptability.
• Guide teams through transitions, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Contribute thought leadership articles, webinars, and presentations to position our firm as an industry leader and stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and disruptive innovations.

Your Skill Set

• At least 5 years of experience in Consulting experience and/or experience in a leading role in an insurance company in the P&C (Retail or commercial) line of business.
• Master’s or higher degrees in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
• Relevant certifications in change management, project management, or digital transformation.
• Extensive knowledge about the Swiss Insurance Market.
• Ability to envision and articulate a compelling future state for insurance organizations.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams being a great team player as together we do achieve more
• Eagerness to explore new ideas and disrupt traditional insurance practices and constantly looking for opportunities to grow your technical skills
• Fluency in English and German is a must.
