As a SOC Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our cyber security services and approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Join the Swisscom Threat Detection & Response (TDR) Service team and help us shape the future of cyber security.

  • Responsibility for ongoing interaction with customers regarding threat status and security enhancement
  • Close collaboration with the Security Operations Center and technology vendors
  • Identification and clarification of customer requirements in collaboration with product management, sales and operational units

  • Several years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Consulting or Security Engineering / Analysis with customer management experience
  • Customer service management experience is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center and Incident Response
  • Organized and meticulous personality with a passion for technical concepts and data
  • What makes you stand out

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and responsible
  • Very good communication skills, empathy and stakeholder management experience
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic about technology and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Very good English and German; French and Italian is advantageous
