Our kitchen serves several points of sale : The restaurant, the bar and the room service. Within a team of 10 people in the kitchen, your main tasks will be : -Bring from the commissary all the products necessary for the implementation,-Assist the brigade in the preparation of the implementation,-Collect any equipment required for the work,-Assist the brigade in the preparation of cooking,-Clean workplaces and refrigerators,-Assist the brigade in the drafting of purchase orders,-Ensure the correct rotation of fresh products,-Clear, store and clean worktops and instruments,-Apply and respect the rules of hygiene.
