We’re driven by our values : Better Together, Aim High, and Act Responsibly.Job DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG business units and join a team of digital and performance marketing experts.Your responsibilitiesYou will plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brandsYou will work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and are willing to step in for other channels when requiredYou will drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindsetYou are comfortable challenging the status quo and will actively contribute to the optimisation of the processes and workflowsYou will work together with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practicesYou will work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunitiesQualificationsYou are a Native German speaker and fluent in English (our business language)+6 years of experience on various digital channels with a very strong focus on Paid Search.
