To support our continued expansion in the life sciences space, we are looking for a Legal Counsel – MedTech to join our team and help build a dedicated practice in this area. Your Role Build and grow our MedTech legal practice: You will take the lead in developing our services for MedTech and life sciences startups and scale-ups. Advise on regulatory frameworks: You will guide clients through medical device law, human research regulations and data protection topics. Actively engage with the ecosystem: You will grow and maintain a strong network within the MedTech and digital health landscape. Draft and negotiate contracts: You will prepare, review and negotiate agreements tailored to tech-driven and digital business models. Collaborate across the firm: You will work closely with our legal experts in Switzerland, Germany and the US to provide cross-functional legal support. Who You Are 2–5 years of legal experience, either in a law firm or in-house, with a focus on the MedTech or life sciences industry. Proven track record advising on MedTech and life sciences-related legal matters, including regulatory and commercial topics. Fluent in both German and English. Admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a practice and shape a growing team. A collaborative team player with strong leadership potential.
