Your Responsibilities - Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams' supporting clients in the design and delivery of digital solutions with high business impact within a banking environment. - Gather' analyze' and critically assess business requirements from banking users' ensuring clarity' consistency' and feasibility. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and robust technical designs. - Design and implement solutions end-to-end' from initial analysis through development' testing' and deployment. - Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with business objectives' regulatory and compliance requirements' and internal IT standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams combining deep expertise in banking' architecture' and software engineering to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. - Assess emerging technologies in terms of maturity' feasibility' and business value' and contribute to architecture and tooling decisions based on these evaluations. Your Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Several years of experience in a consulting environment' preferably in financial services. - Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern frameworks (Spring Boot' Hibernate). - Solid knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL). - Experience with modern architectures and technologies : REST APIs' messaging' microservices' event streaming platform' container orchestration' and cloud platforms (AWS' Azure). - Avaloq experience is a plus. - Familiarity with the banking domain and an agile' learning-oriented mindset. - Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (client site' remote' office). - Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
