KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, update and improve relevant dashboards to automatize performance monitoring on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Support European markets with reporting tool trainings, issue management, ad-hoc regional analysis & benchmarks
  • Help coordinate the animation of the European client & branding community
  • Work closely with other regional teams (marketing, commercial, e-commerce) to provide relevant client insights in line with their key strategic focus
  • CLIENT & BRANDING INTELLIGENCE
  • Support Client & Branding Intelligence manager in the monitoring of client & branding insights (client knowledge, client segmentation, data quality, branding studies)
  • Participate to yearly client profiling presentation
  • BRAND ACTIVATION
  • Be in charge of monitoring activations (Emailing, Clienteling, Media) performance using Looker and provide actionable insights and specific testing plan.
  • Support the Activation strategy of the region with specific KPIs and Client segmentation analysis.
  • Liaise with Activation Agency to optimize implementation based on key business priorities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Data Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Mandatory internship agreement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (preferably Looker)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Dynamic, multitasker, flexible, team-oriented and able to show initiative
  • Fluent in English
