ITSM Engineer – HIRING ASAP
Start date : ASAP
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Onsite in Zurich
Rate : CHF 700 – CHF 800 per day
Summary
You will work in an agile, product- and process-oriented team. In the SAP-PS and SAP-PPM environment, you will be responsible for transforming the existing applications in SAP R / 3 into SAP S / 4.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
- Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.
- Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery.
