Business Development Manager – Strategic
Partnerships (Global Role)
Location : Switzerland
(Ticino) – Hybrid / Remote
Travel : Global (20–30%)

growing, mission-driven technology company is seeking a Business
Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships to drive global B2B
growth and build strategic alliances with leading consumer
electronics brands and OEM partners.
This role
offers the opportunity to join a high-impact, innovative

healthcare technology, contributing directly to the company’s
global expansion and commercial success.
Responsibilities
Identify,
engage, and develop new strategic partnerships with OEMs and brand
partners, particularly in the juvenile / baby monitoring and
broader consumer electronics sectors.
Manage
the full partnership lifecycle : prospecting, discovery, technical
scoping, pilot validation, and commercial
negotiations.
Educate and influence partners on
a standardized integration model, providing data-driven insights
and social proof.
Collaborate
cross-functionally with technical, product, and legal teams to
ensure alignment throughout the business development
process.
Build structured account plans,
maintain pipeline momentum, and contribute to a scalable,
repeatable business playbook.
Profile
7–12+ years
of experience in B2B Business Development / Strategic Partnerships,
ideally in consumer electronics, IoT, or embedded software (SDKs,
AI algorithms, or voice / sound
platforms).
Proven success in landing
first-time integration deals and building long-term OEM or brand
partnerships.
Skilled in navigating complex,
multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles involving Product, R&D,
Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 / C2), with
strong executive presence.
Willingness to
travel internationally (approx.
20–30%).
Qualifications
Previous
experience in a startup or scale-up
environment.
Familiarity with licensing and
commercial models for embedded AI, voice, or audio
technology.
Existing network in baby tech,
smart camera, or connected devices
markets.
Technical fluency to coordinate pilot
and integration discussions.
