As an independent and growing watchmaking company, we place excellence, elegance, and customer service at the heart of our Biel operations, and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Watchmaking Specialist. Responsibilities : Production : You personally create the most complex pieces and ensure the final aesthetic quality control of the decorated components. You design and formalize the steps for each component (gold, brass, steel), ensuring quality repeatability. You define and maintain the aesthetic criteria for all our finishes : hand anglage with a file, mirror polish, drawn lines, bevelling. Tool Development : In collaboration with the technical office, you define and optimize the specific tools necessary for finishing. Coaching : You support the skill development of the teams, pass on professional techniques, and integrate new members. Profile : Several years of experience in watchmaking : hand anglage of fine and artisanal watch parts. Meticulousness, high standards, and precision. Artisanal skills and versatility. Ability to define working methods and choose the best tools for training, a strong listening ability, and the rigor necessary to guide a team toward excellence.
