Transaction Manager

Job Description

A growing real estate company based in Geneva is looking for a motivated Transaction Manager to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prepare real estate investment opportunities.

• Analyze the market and conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.

• Proactively manage acquisition projects in cooperation with other team members.

• Evaluate perform due diligence and analyze individual properties or real estate portfolios.

• Coordinate and implement the entire transaction process.

• Lead negotiations and draft the necessary contracts.

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.

• Present opportunities to the investment committee.

Requirements:

You hold a university degree in economics law real estate or an equivalent field and ideally:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland.

• Possess an established sourcing network in the real estate sector which is a strong asset.

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrate a high level of commitment independence and strong interpersonal skills.

• Work well in a team and independently.

• Show adaptability and flexibility.

• Have strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.

• Are fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
