Lead, manage and develop the analytical laboratory teamEnsure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Analytics Laboratory and planning of analytical activitiesGuarantee installation, qualification, maintenance and compliance of analytical and QC equipmentEnsure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and good laboratory practicesAct as owner of routine analytical methods and manage their full life-cycleDrive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows and laboratory efficiencyEnsure accuracy, integrity and approval of analytical data and reportsAct as LIMS owner for Analytics and ensure data integrityManage and coordinate all stability studies (protocols, shipments, external laboratories, data review and reporting)Write, review and approve analytical, validation and stability study protocols and reportsReview and approve quality documentation related to analytical activitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.Minimum 2 years' experience as an Analytics Laboratory Manager or Team Leader in a pharmaceutical environment.Strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS); knowledge of Rheology or MALS is a plus.Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (ICH, USP).Proven experience working with LIMS and laboratory digital systems.Fluent English is required; very fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.This position offers a key role within a Swiss-based pharmaceutical environment, with direct responsibility for analytical laboratories and a strong influence on product quality, development and regulatory compliance.
