StellenbeschreibungLead, manage and develop the analytical laboratory team Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Analytics Laboratory and planning of analytical activities Guarantee installation, qualification, maintenance and compliance of analytical and QC equipment Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and good laboratory practices Act as owner of routine analytical methods and manage their full life-cycle Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows and laboratory efficiency Ensure accuracy, integrity and approval of analytical data and reports Act as LIMS owner for Analytics and ensure data integrity Manage and coordinate all stability studies (protocols, shipments, external laboratories, data review and reporting) Write, review and approve analytical, validation and stability study protocols and reports Review and approve quality documentation related to analytical activities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience as an Analytics Laboratory Manager or Team Leader in a pharmaceutical environment. Strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS); knowledge of Rheology or MALS is a plus. Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (ICH, USP). Proven experience working with LIMS and laboratory digital systems. Fluent English is required; very fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
This position offers a key role within a Swiss-based pharmaceutical environment, with direct responsibility for analytical laboratories and a strong influence on product quality, development and regulatory compliance.
