What you’ll be do :

Lead the floor—guide and support our B&F Talents to maintain flawless service and unforgettable guest moments.

Champion training & coaching—develop your team through hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and impactful feedback. You’ll nurture growth, track progress, Brand standars audit & LQA have no secret for you.

Set the stage for excellence—inspect venues, elevate food & service standards, and ensure every space is impeccably styled according to the latest W innovations.

Solve with impact—handle guest and Talent concerns quickly, creatively.

Drive performance & productivity—manage talent development with a focus on empowerment, engagement, and guest satisfaction.

Keep it clean, sharp, and on point—ensure uniforms, equipment, and operational areas align with W-level style and hygiene standards.

Think smart, act bold—manage operating costs wisely while never compromising on the WOW factor.

Inspire the team daily—lead energizing staff meetings and pre-shift briefings that set the tone for each day.

Own operations across all B&F venues—make sure every outlet stays aligned with W brand DNA.

Your impact :

Reporting directly to the Director of Beverage & Food, you’ll play a key strategic and operational role in shaping the success of all W Verbier B&F outlets. From short- and long-term planning to day-to-day direction, you’ll empower your Talents, elevate our guest experience, and inject your entrepreneurial energy into everything you do..

PROFILE

Proven Beverage + Food professional with several years management experience in a high end, lifestyle kind or environment

Eye for detail – always strive for perfection

Advanced written & verbal fluency in English and French

Advanced computer skills . Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Micros

Excellent communication skills, verbal & written

Act with integrity, adaptability, flexibility and results oriented

Strong team player, attract, develop and retain talent

Demonstrate financial acumen

Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
