We re looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join a fast-growing DeFi project backed by a highly technical team X strong Back-End Engineer - TypeScript / RustYour Mission- Lead a team of 4 talented Backend Engineers across various web3 backend projects- Architect and implement high-reliability backend services (using TypeScript & Rust) support core blockchain-enabled products.- Build APIs, pipelines, and internal tooling to streamline scalability and performance.- Lead the full development lifecycle ”from X to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.- cross-functionally with engineering and product teams X consistent, secure, and robust system behavior.- Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps Continuously improve code quality, performance benchmarks, and developer Environment- Core Stack : TypeScript ( microservices), Rust (growing footprint)- Web3 / Smart Contracts : Solidity (EVM), multi-chain deployments (ETH, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.)- API / GraphQL, Apollo, NoSQL, Redis- Infra & DevOps : AWS, Docker / Kubernetes, Terraform, X , CI / CD, monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana- Frontend : React, TailwindCSS- Culture : Clean code, code reviews, test coverage, end-to-end ownership, use of new You Bring- Must-have : Strong experience in backend engineering with TypeScript in production environments.- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, containerized infrastructure and Web3 products.- Interest in Rust and to upskill in a ecosystem.- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and CI / CD practices.- Excellent skills in both English and French.- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, environments with a high degree of Points- Prior exposure to DeFi or blockchain technologies.- Experience with protocol or backend systems X smart contracts.- Understanding of high-availability systems X Join- Work on impactful Web3 infrastructure projects with real-world traction.- Join a lean, team X technical experience and culture.- Enjoy flexible work hours, 2 remote days per week, and an agile work environment.- Competitive and benefits aligned with your seniority. jidfaccc03aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
