Tasks
- Build and manage our sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to closing and retention
- Design and refine the customer journey to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, implementation, and success
- Implement and maintain systems that enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or AI-driven environmentFluent in German and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)A systems thinker who thrives on structure, metrics, and optimizationA proactive builder who takes ownership and moves ideas into actionExperienced in adapting processes to different markets and customer segmentsBenefits
