• As Senior Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, strengthen their self-organization and encourage them to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.

You motivate the teams to continuously improve and help to clear obstacles out of the way.

With other scrum masters and release train engineers, you develop new ideas and improve collaboration within the organization with the help of our internal community.

Together with our agile coaches, you shape an environment that enables the teams to focus on delivering beneficial results and continue to develop.

You develop a sense for the teams' specialist and technical challenges and support them along the way.
