RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Marketing Manager Assistant you are responsible for brand support analysis coordination.

You will assist the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in executing brand plans ensuring flawless activations and supporting sales and merchandising teams. This role combines creativity analytical skills and project management in a fast-paced international environment.

Your main focus :

• Manage brand assets : Organize campaign toolkits maintain DAM database and ensure accurate brand folders
• Support activations : Coordinate in-store events liaise with agencies and guarantee perfect local execution
• Prepare presentations : Create impactful decks order samples and manage marketing materials for key meetings
• Assist sales team : Maintain launch calendars provide guidelines and support merchandising initiatives
• Analyze performance : Track launches prepare monthly reviews and conduct competitor and market analysis
