What You'll Do :
Design and Execute Research : Plan, design, recruit for, and conduct a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and competitive analysis.
Synthesize Insights : Analyze research data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities, transforming raw data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers (UX / UI), Engineers, and Marketing to integrate user-centered thinking into the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
Develop Artifacts : Create and maintain research documentation such as user personas, journey maps, research reports, and presentation decks tailored for different stakeholders.
Evangelize UX : Champion user research across the company, educating teams on research best practices and ensuring that user needs are prioritized in decision-making.
Manage Tooling : Oversee and optimize our suite of research tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
Experience : 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, Customer Researcher, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Methodology Mastery : Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and when to apply them.
Analytical Skills : Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear, persuasive narratives supported by evidence.
Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical research concepts to non-technical audiences.
Tool Proficiency : Experience with standard UX research tools
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
