Every day, over 200 employees at Granovit research, develop, produce, and distribute animal feed for pigs, ruminants, poultry, pets, domestic animals, as well as zoo and even laboratory animals. The Swiss SME employs a wide range of specialised professionals to produce the best possible feed. In addition to top performance, animal welfare also plays a dominant role. To achieve this, first-class raw materials and natural additives are used.

As an innovation professional in the pig sector, you'll be responsible for developing and improving products and services. You'll also provide technical support to the sales team and directly manage selected clients.

Tasks

• Development of new, innovative feeds and services
• Further development of existing feeds and services
• Support and timely implementation of trials of new feeds
• Coordinating the market launch of new products and services
• Establishing and exchanging information with partner organisations in Switzerland and abroad
• Providing technical support for your own customer portfolio
• Generating enthusiasm among customers through practical and quick solutions to challenges on the farm
• Customer acquisition in collaboration with the field sales force
• Creating and analysing performance reports and implementing the resulting measures
• Collaboration in the Group's innovation and product team
• Playing a leading role in the pig product and innovation team
• Participation in the monthly field sales meetings with a presentation on a current topic
• Knowledge of current market figures and market events
• Understanding of business calculations
• Planning and organising further training in your area of expertise
• Collaboration with marketing on technical matters
• Representation of the department at trade exhibitions
