Platform Technical Analyst

As an Intermediate , you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. Position Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
• Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed.
• Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
• Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Provide on-call support on the assign schedule
