1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Silvercity Brands AG About the job Favre Leuba, the world’s second oldest watch brand and part of the Silvercity Brands portfolio, is currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager. Based in Grenchen and reporting to the Global Sales Director, the role will focus on direct-to-customer sales, distribution development, business analysis, sales administration and overall project management. Key Responsibilities include : E-Commerce Management Execute e-commerce strategy in alignment with overall business goals Engage directly with potential end consumers and develop a Favre Leuba community of watch lovers and aficionados Develop and update the online store, ensuring that the layout, positioning, and offerings are in line with customer behaviour and preferences Manage and maintain the CRM system and analyse customer data and insights to improve retention and loyalty Generate reports and KPI on e-commerce activity, discussing the findings with senior management, and proposing new strategies to improve results Distribution Development Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships Work closely with the Global Sales Director to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales target Business Analysis Research and analyse market trends and competitive environment Collect and interpret sales data to provide insights and support decision-making Analyse order, sales and stock figures based on reports generated by ERP Handle sales orders, order confirmations, invoices, and purchase requests while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and assist with product or service-related questions Support sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and reports Project Management Maintain project documentation, create status reports, and present updates Prepare fairs, exhibitions, events and general brand and product presentations as well as ad hoc projects Qualifications, Experience and Skills : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or commercial diploma. Approx. 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the luxury goods industry preferably in the watch industry. High level of professionalism, accuracy, integrity and flexibility Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Understanding of watch and luxury markets Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across geographies Excellent knowledge of English, French and German.
