IT Onsite Support Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We are currently looking for a highly motivated and qualified IT Onsite Support Specialist - 60% -80% to join our client's innovative engineering team in Basel.

In this role, you will be supporting approx. 10,000 users in a Citrix and Microsoft Windows environment. Responsibilities include IMACD activities, troubleshooting, VIP support, and contributing to process improvements and project work.

• Perform IMACD activities : Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete hardware / software components
• Provide expert troubleshooting for Citrix and Windows-based systems
• Serve as the primary onsite support contact for end users
• Deliver dedicated support to VIP users, ensuring high service standards
• Collaborate closely with clients to maintain and improve service quality
• Participate in process optimization and contribute to project initiatives

Start Date : Immediate

Contract Type : 7 months (option of extension)

Workload : 60% to 80% (approx. 24 hours / week)

Remote Work : Not available

Pikett Service : Required

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 07 : 30-17 : 30 (block times apply)

Language Requirements : German (C1), Swiss German (B2), English (B2)
