Transformation Director

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve :

Ensure that all business requirements are meticulously met and aligned with our overall strategy.

Develop transformation programs together with key stake holders

Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team to achieve project objectives.

Regularly report project status updates to sponsors and steering committees.

Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including business contacts.

Set clear priorities for project activities and manage resources efficiently.

Proactively manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Safeguard the integrity and security of corporate data.

Oversee system functionality and perform thorough testing post-updates or changes.

Coordinate and deliver key and end-user training activities for systems within scope.

Ensure all solutions are properly handed over

If you have / are :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven track record of successful transformation project management experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
