Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you are part of the global Workplace & Service Desk team and work as a local member of the Belgrade support team at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group d.o.o. You support employees across the company by providing reliable, structured, and user focused IT support in daily operations within a global setup.
The role combines global first level support with local onsite support for the Belgrade office. The focus of the position is on ticket based support, direct user interaction, and hands on workplace assistance.
