Overview

Supply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations. Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, optimization, and standardization of Procurement processes across global operations

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks that hinder performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Procurement processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste
  • Lead efforts to standardize Procurement processes and procedures across global operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with industry standards
  • Drive change initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and workflows, providing support, and guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and sustained improvements
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Procurement organization
  • Find opportunities for process improvement and digitalization
  • Partner with Capability Teams to identify new Products
  • Partner with Global Function, Sectors and BUs to align and implement transformation roadmaps

  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through
  • design and transformation
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within procurement, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams, as well as experience in managing and developing talent
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, while also possessing strong analytical skills to assess market trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Global Perspective : Understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances, with experience in managing procurement designs across multiple regions or countries
  • Leadership Skills :

  • Adaptability : Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix, and ambiguous environment
  • Clarity : Simplifying complexity, communicating in a clear and concise manner
