Job Qualifications 2-10 years of full-time graphic design work experience. A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design, package design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography and technical mastery. Design thinking understanding and ability to ideate solutions with the user in mind. Strong team collaboration and communication with ability to explain your design choices. Flexible in an environment of frequent change. High level of capacity. Disciplined with the ability to set priorities, manage time and be accountable. Basic print feasibility understanding. Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other Design software, such as InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma and PowerPoint.
