We are looking for an E-Commerce Agent (m / w / d) – 100% for our site in Bassersdorf (Zürich) to strengthen our team and drive excellence in import / export operations. You will play a key role in supporting the customs clearance process and ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

What you will do :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export operations between Switzerland and international destinations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Swiss customs regulations, laws, and procedures, acting as the central point of contact for customs-related matters both internally and externally.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize customs processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation related to customs and clearance activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential data with a high level of responsibility and accuracy.
• Provide professional customer support via phone and email, responding to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner.
• Work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
