• Designing and developing AI solutions tailored to different athletes' individual needs (e.g. based on type of sport, career stage or support requirements)
• Designing scalable teaching and learning formats that are mobile, flexible and can be used at any time, meeting the high demands for timely and adaptive knowledge transfer
• Driving innovation-led further development of the entire range of services, while taking account of and ensuring data protection and security standards
• Ensuring quality and optimising defined solutions in collaboration with SFISM experts

In a nutshell

As an Innovation Fellow, you will spend a year driving forward a key challenge facing the Federal Administration and independently developing new approaches for more efficient services. You will work on issues with a direct impact, use your tact and sensitivity in dealing with stakeholders, and at the same time benefit from interesting conditions, valuable contacts and real opportunities to shape the future. Promoting sport and exercise in Switzerland

The Federal Office of Sport (FOSPO) promotes sport and its values – for all age groups and levels of performance. FOSPO combines sports policy, sports promotion and training : this includes the largest Swiss sports promotion programme, Youth+Sport, and the training centres in Magglingen and Tenero. The Swiss Federal Institute of Sport Magglingen (SFISM) is the only Swiss university to dedicated to training, development, research and services in the field of sport.
