As part of its core technical team we are looking for a highly driven and research-oriented
ROBOTICS / AI ENGINEER (m / w / d)
the role.
- Drive the research development and implementation of large-scale AI models for robotic learning and manipulation
- Design train and iterate on multi-task and foundation models from pre-training to fine-tuning and post-training
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data-centric learning pipelines from task definition to real-world evaluation
- Oversee the full data flywheel process including data collection model training validation and deployment
- Develop clean maintainable and scalable Python code using modern deep learning frameworks
- Collaborate closely with robotics hardware and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient real-world deployment
- Contribute to technical direction project coordination and research prioritisation within a small high-impact team

PhD in Computer Science Robotics AI or a closely related field or equivalent industry experience at PhD levelSeveral years of hands-on experience training and deploying advanced machine learning or generative modelsStrong background in Python development and modern deep learning frameworksExcellent empirical research skills and strong intuition for model behaviour and performanceExperience managing complex technical projects or supervising research initiativesAbility to work autonomously in a fast-moving early-stage environmentVery good command of Englishwhy youll love it.
