The company operates across multiple European and international markets and manages complex supply chains, international logistics, and cross-border commercial operations involving manufacturers and distribution partners in several jurisdictions.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the operational management of the company and implement its strategic objectives. The CEO is an employed executive responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and for executing the strategy approved by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders.The role requires coordination of international operations, oversight of group entities, and development of new markets in line with the company’s growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the company’s business strategy under the guidance and supervision of the Board of DirectorsManage day-to-day operations of the company and ensure operational efficiencyOversee procurement, logistics, and international supply chainsManage and develop relationships with European and Asian (including Chinese) suppliers and manufacturersCoordinate and oversee the activities of subsidiary and affiliated companies within the holding structureEnsure strategic alignment and operational consistency across all group entitiesManage international management teams across multiple jurisdictionsLaunch and scale business operations and enter new marketsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and partners in Eastern European markets, including UkraineEnsure compliance with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across the group Represent the company before banks, auditors, authorities, and key business partnersMonitor performance and improve operational processes across the groupCandidate ProfileSenior executive experience (CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent) in an international companyStrong background in logistics, supply chain management and international tradeExperience working with European and Asian suppliersExperience operating in Eastern European markets, including UkraineProven ability to launch and scale business operationsExperience managing large international teams across multiple jurisdictionsSolid understanding of cross-border corporate structures and group governanceStrong leadership, organizational and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel internationally, including to Ukraine, as required for business purposesWhat We OfferSenior executive position in a growing international companyOpportunity to lead and develop a multi-country businessCompetitive executive compensation packageLong-term professional opportunity with strategic responsibility jid17369e9a jit0209a jiy26a
