In this pivotal role, you will drive all quality activities across the product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Job Description Develop and Implement Quality Strategies : Create and execute a quality strategy that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving project needs, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. End-to-End Quality Management : Oversee quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that quality is integrated into the development, prototyping, and production processes. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish quality requirements and ensure that products are built to specification. Create and Maintain QA Processes : Establish robust quality assurance processes and best practices tailored to the fast-paced nature of a startup, including test plans, validation protocols, and metrics for success. Foster a Culture of Quality : Champion quality within the organization, encouraging team members to embrace quality as a shared responsibility and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Customer-Centric Approach : Keep the voice of the customer at the forefront of all quality initiatives, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and quality assurance processes. Hands-On Testing and Validation : Participate in hands-on testing and validation activities to identify issues early and drive timely resolutions. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of quality activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the leadership team on quality performance and improvement efforts. Experience And Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.G., ISO, Six Sigma) relevant to product development in the tech industry. Hands-on experience in managing quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
