SAP HANA Business Process Manager / SAP HANA Project Manager

WinGD changed the SAP system from R3 to S4 / Hana. To get the full benefit out of S4 / Hana, we need to further align S4 / Hana to the changing business needs of our company and improve processes and usability of the system. You will play a central role in connecting business needs and technology to fully leverage the capabilities of the S4 / Hana solutions. Here are some of the key roles :

Responsibilities :

  • Stabilizing the SAP / HANA system and introducing new business processes
  • Organizing and managing KeyUsers for the individual SAP HANA modules
  • Developing a comprehensive support concept for the SAP / HANA system
  • Providing support and training for end-users in dealing with SAP Fiori
  • Coordinating external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

  • Experience in leading SAP projects, particularly in the area of SAP HANA
  • Deep understanding of the SAP HANA architecture and associated business processes
  • Strong skills in process optimization and change management
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users, preferably with SAP Fiori
  • Pronounced communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and external providers
  • English : speaking and writing
  • German of advantage
