You will support the facility management in Basel which is currently undergoing a transition to be more sustainable, dive into the needs of access management, contributing to a smooth operation mastering the corresponding software and get a glimpse into corporate safety management as well.

  • Responsible for the internal badge handling
  • Supporting the data organization for the Basel location
  • Support with quality control of the facility management providers
  • Participate in a project for a new access organization software including all interfaces in collaboration with Lufthansa Technik
  • Define processes for the new access organization
  • Care, maintenance, and further development of existing internal systems
  • Analyses and processing of data related to the Basel location
  • Collaboration on group-internal Real Estate Reports
  • Management of internal contract filing systems
  • Undertake smaller day-to-day tasks such as inquiries, research, documentation, and correspondence

  • Workload Specification : For this position, an 60 - 100% workload is preferred.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a comparable field of study.
  • Strong interest in real estate and facility management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable and well structured approach
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills; additional language skills such as English or French are advantageous.
