As the Group Executive Assistant this role will manage all administrative and organisational support for the CEO and ExCo members.
Principal Responsibilities
Administrative and organisational support for the CEO and the ExCo Team organising their schedules and correspondenceOrganisation, coordination, preparation and follow-up of various internal and external meetings and eventsOrganisation and preparation of the agenda for the ExCo meetings based on their inputAttending ExCo meetings and taking minutesCreation and preparation of presentations and reportsResearching, analysing and preparing a wide range of informationOrganising business trips and preparing travel expense reports for the ExCo membersOccasionally taking on special projectsExperience & Responsibilities
Completed commercial training or studiesAt least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable positionVery good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SuccessFactors)Fluent in English, German and ideally also FrenchTrustworthy, service-orientated and discreet personalityStrong with Time ManagementStreamlined Communication SkillsProblem-solving orientedOrganizational skillsStructured way of workingAble to deal with several topics at the same timeWillingness to travel occasionally to our Business Units
