  • The Position

    As the Group Executive Assistant this role will manage all administrative and organisational support for the CEO and ExCo members.

    Principal Responsibilities

  • Administrative and organisational support for the CEO and the ExCo Team organising their schedules and correspondence
  • Organisation, coordination, preparation and follow-up of various internal and external meetings and events
  • Organisation and preparation of the agenda for the ExCo meetings based on their input
  • Attending ExCo meetings and taking minutes
  • Creation and preparation of presentations and reports
  • Researching, analysing and preparing a wide range of information
  • Organising business trips and preparing travel expense reports for the ExCo members
  • Occasionally taking on special projects
  • Experience & Responsibilities

  • Completed commercial training or studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SuccessFactors)
  • Fluent in English, German and ideally also French
  • Trustworthy, service-orientated and discreet personality
  • Strong with Time Management
  • Streamlined Communication Skills

  • Able to deal with several topics at the same time
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Business Units
