Do you want to be an actor of this journey and add real value to our stakeholders?

In this role you are responsible for overseeing the procurement and management of IT-related goods and services for Skyguide. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Your responsibilities :

Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement, including hardware, software, IT services, cloud solutions, and telecom
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers for IT products and services
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms of engagement with suppliers
Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT purchases and identify cost-saving / avoidance opportunities
Communicate category plans and procurement strategies effectively to leadership and stakeholders
Assess risks related to IT suppliers, including cybersecurity, compliance, and delivery risks
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to category management, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract adherence

Your profile :

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM, PMP) is a plus

5+ years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or category management

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Excellent diplomatic communication abilities to effectively interact with expert organizations

Proficient in English written and orally, good command in French and / or German is a plus
