Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst, Sales Operations (1 year temporary contract) to join our Napapijri team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
The role will be responsible to manage the process of forecasting, targeting and tracking the overall yearly and seasonal EMEA wholesale budget. Managing the “Gross to net” process working directly with the sales force, distributors, Finance, Supply Chain, Product and Marketing departments to make sure we deliver our yearly financial targets.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Coordinate reporting, analysis and forecasting in cooperation with the Sales Operations lead
- Targeting : work with key stakeholders to deliver the overall seasonal targets by country, channel, strategic accounts and by category.
- Forecasting : Provide to Sales, Finance and Operations input and the country scenario plans for wholesale and PSS by country, by channel, by strategic accounts, by category, by seasons and by year in line with Strategic plan and yearly budget requirements. Measure success through scorecard metrics and deadline respect.
- Tracking monthly shipping targets through weekly calls with Operations, customers service and sales (develop an effective process that provides accountability and greater accuracy).
- Discount and Sales program management : work with finance, sales and sales operation on defining, accepting or not pre-season and in season required programs. Monitor countries are respecting policies.
- Cancelation management : responsible together with countries, finance and operation for in-season decision making.
- Bonus management : set with Finance and HR department Year Sales bonus. Provide to sales department regular updates through scorecard metrics.
- Create customized reports managing the information flow through different department. Gather and provide feedback to continuously improve analysis and tools.
- Implementation and maintenance of the T&C structure by accounts; control and monitor the discount applications during the season.
- Maintain and enforce regular communication with different HQ department (Product, Finance, Planning, Customer Service) and Sales force ensuring a good reciprocal flow of information providing detailed Sales data and analysis.
- Share progress of main responsibilities with Sales Ops lead on a weekly basis
Skills for Success
Education : University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economicsExperience : minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with FMCG or major sport brands.
