As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering a future-ready logistics ecosystem powered by advanced automation and robotics.

Job responsibilities :
Greenfield Logistics Planning and Execution
Support the development and ensure the full operationalization of an end-to-end strategy for establishing a fully automated ("zero-touch") logistics and warehouse infrastructure. Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and scenario modeling for various logistics configurations. Define the blueprint for the greenfield layout design, goods flow, automation zones, and systems integration.
Process Automation & Robotics Integration
Take end-to-end ownership of planning, deploying, and scaling advanced intralogistics systems such as AGVs, AS / RS, shuttle system, and robotic workstations. Ensure full interoperability with production systems and enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, PLC).
Machine, PLC & IT System Integration
Ensure robust interfaces and communication between machines, PLCs, and IT systems, including coordination of middleware integration and support for PLC programming. Guarantee secure, reliable data flows between hardware and software layers.
Operational Design & Readiness
Translate strategic goals into efficient operational processes for logistics and warehousing. Develop SOPs, training materials, and safety protocols for all automated systems. Lead change management and reskilling programs to prepare the workforce for new technologies and processes. Ensure readiness for go-live, ramp-up phases, and continuous operation under variable volume conditions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with IT, production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure end-to-end process integration and alignment with Smart Factory goals.
Make-or-Buy Strategy & Partner Evaluation
Lead the strategic evaluation of in-house vs. outsourced solutions for logistics and warehouse operations. Assess potential external logistics partners (e.g., 3PLs, automation-as-a-service providers) and technology vendors to support the Smart Factory vision. Develop business cases and recommendations that align with long-term capability, flexibility, and performance goals.
External Partner & Vendor Coordination
Manage external partners including system integrators, automation providers, and technology vendors.
