On behalf of our client, and under exclusive mandate, we are seeking a high-performing Business Developer with a background in banking and finance to drive B2B sales of a specialized software solution to banks, corporates, private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality—competitive, proactive, and relentless in pursuing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a high-value software product to financial institutions and corporate clients.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
- Lead sales & business development efforts across banks and corporates.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences (up to 20% travel).
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within banking, finance, or related sectors.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (references preferred).Strong network and previous experience in the Zurich financial ecosystem.Fluent in German and English.Experience in private banking is a strong plus.Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and self-driven.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.“Go-getter” with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.What We Offer
