Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute brand assortment and pricing strategies
- Lead seasonal investment reviews with senior management
- Drive cross-channel alignment and segmentation strategies
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
- Benchmark performance against market trends and competition
Business Operations
Monitor key business metrics (Sales In / Out, Gross Margin)Oversee seasonal calendar and milestone executionLead line opening presentations and assortment planningOptimize inventory position across channelsDefine and communicate seasonal assortment needs to Global MerchandisingTeam Management
