  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives, and align HR strategies to support these goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in interviews.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives and provide project management support for HR-related projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing coaching and support on various HR-related matters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
