Senior Consultant (TPR Integration & Change Management) (m / f / d).

Background :

We are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management (OCM) process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional, and affiliate levels. It requires exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, resilience in navigating a complex matrix environment, and the ability to establish best practices for long-term sustainability.

The perfect candidate possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations. This role demands demonstrated resilience and adaptability to spearhead large-scale change initiatives across diverse markets. The ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations would be considered an asset.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Co-lead the process / pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
• Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
• Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners
• Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus
• Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized
