This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite our corporate office in Rolle, CH.

Your Mission

As our  Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and continuously improving core systems, while contributing to technical initiatives and ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements. The components you'll work on and own are essential to SOPHiA GENETICS’ DDM operations and enable integration with external hospital systems, unlocking the potential for processing of medical data into insights for oncologists at high volumes. These components span the technology stack and enable AI algorithms processing medical data to have a real-world impact via a robust and scalable architecture. Your expertise will ensure these components not only scale effectively but also remain efficient in terms of performance and cost, while maintaining overall system health. By implementing cutting edge clinical diagnostic workflows through system integrations at prominent healthcare institutions, you will have direct impact on the acceleration of progress of healthcare.
