Own the Lifecycle : Take ownership of feature development, from analyzing requirements with the Product Owner to designing robust architectures, launching features to production, and ensuring post-launch support.

Drive Innovation : Collaborate with the Engineering Chapter to identify and integrate tools, strategies, and technologies that enhance processes and foster innovation.

Foster Growth : Mentor engineers, promoting self-reliance and technical expertise within the team.

Document Excellence : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
