ASAP : Back Office Generalist 100% (m / w / d)

Our client is an international financial institution that serves as a hub for central banks to collaborate and promote global monetary and financial stability.

Handle the end-to-end processing, confirmation, and matching of financial transactions.

Investigate and resolve exceptions for complex or non-standard operations across money markets, FX, gold, and derivatives.

Provide operational support to the Central Bank and foreign exchange desks.

Work closely with front office teams, custodians, and clients to resolve confirmation discrepancies and settlement issues.

Ensure all confirmations, settlements, and payments are accurate and completed on time.

Maintain and update settlement instructions to reflect current requirements.

Monitor cash settlements, perform reconciliations, investigate

eaks, and process compensation claims.

International Financial Institution

Temporary mission until end of March 2026

Solid understanding of financial instruments such as money market products, foreign exchange, and derivatives (expertise in any of these areas is an advantage).

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Practical experience with SWIFT messaging formats.

Background in back-office or middle-office operations within a financial institution, particularly in transaction processing.
