What it's about
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Private Equity Partnership Investments team in Zug. This role focuses on secondary transactions (LP portfolios and GP-led transactions), direct private equity, and primary investments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the investment process, from initial screening to execution and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Secondary Investments
- Analyze and evaluate LP portfolios and GP-led transactions
- Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
- Maintenance of core limited partnership models
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
Direct Private Equity Investments
Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of direct private equity joint and joint-lead investments alongside other private equity investment firmsPerform industry and company research to identify investment opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of financial models, investment theses, and due diligence reportsPrimary Investments
Evaluate and monitor primary fund investmentsConduct market analysis and track industry trendsAssist in the preparation of investment recommendations and performance reportsPortfolio Management

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointWhat we offer
