Main Responsibilities :

System Administration; manage and maintain system access. Develop processes to monitor and maintain system.
Support project teams in set up of projects and user access
Supports with troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Solicits feedback from end users to understand needs, application use, and potential improvements. Training, guidance and support to end users in system use and functionality.
Drafts requirements, liaises with development team and assists with development and testing of new features.
Supports the maintenance and updating of system documentation and procedures.
Provides reports, data extractions and status updates as requested by management

Qualifications and Experience :

Relevant working / residency permit or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required

Education : Degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Language : Excellent command of English required. Business fluent in German an advantage

Atleast 2- 4 years of experience as an application specialist.

Strong communication skills , Critical thinking, Critical thinking , Attention to detail

Strong IT skills

Experience with Oracle Primavera software package, especially Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics
